Predictable pricing that scales with your panel — not with your claims.
RTW Hub is a platform subscription, not a per-injury toll. Every plan includes a monthly bundle of cases and full access for every panel physician at no cost to them. You pay only for usage above your bundle.
Every plan starts with a free 60-day pilot.
Run real claims. Generate real outcomes data. Convert to the plan that fits your volume — or, if procurement requires it, a prepaid credit block.

Physicians are always free. Pricing above applies only to employers, adjusters, and TPAs.
Questions, answered.
What counts as a “case”?
One workers' compensation claim managed through RTW Hub — from the first RTW form to case close.
What happens if I exceed my included cases?
Additional cases are billed at your plan's per-case rate ($15 / $12 / $10). No overage surprises — usage is visible in your dashboard.
Do physicians pay anything?
Never. Physicians use RTW Hub free; pricing applies only to employers, adjusters, and TPAs.
How does the free 60-day pilot work?
Full access, real cases, no charge. At the end you convert to the plan that matches your volume — or, if procurement requires it, a prepaid credit block. Public-sector partners (counties, school districts, hospital systems) may extend the pilot through 6 months to accommodate procurement and board review cycles; same terms throughout.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Plans and case bundles are designed to scale up or down as your volume changes.
How am I billed?
Essentials by card autopay; Professional by invoice (net 30); Enterprise by invoice or ACH.
Managing claims across many employers?
Enterprise adds a TPA multi-employer console, white-label, API access, SSO, and a panel-management module. Let’s talk.
